    Shipping
    We ship everything the same day or the next day, usually the day after purchasing. We ship only thru FedEx and only ship within the continental US. FedEx is too costly to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc. We can combine shipping and if multiple listings are purchased, and if warranted, we will do a partial refund on shipping costs.     Returns
    Returns on new/unused cartridges and cell phones will be accepted within 14 days. Empty cartridges are sold as-is, unless of course we send you the wrong item. We will work with you to find a resolution if you receive an abnormal amount of defective cartridges (we deem this to be 3-7%).
