    Returns
    Returns on new/unused cartridges and cell phones will be accepted within 14 days. Empty cartridges are sold as-is, unless of course we send you the wrong item. We will work with you to find a resolution if you receive an abnormal amount of defective cartridges (we deem this to be 3-7%).
