1906 STOCK CERTIFICATE American International Vacuum Smelting HAMPTON HUIE BODDI

Description

This is a mining type of stock certificate which is in excellent condition with normal vertical letter folds (may not be visible in the scan). Sold as is.  It from the AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL VACUUM SMELTING COMPANY in the year 1906.  The company was incorporated under the laws fo the Territory of Arizona.  This stock is made out to Miss E. P. Hampton for 500 shares at .00 per share.  The stock is signed by Jno. ( John ) Boddie as the Secretary and is signed by R. W. Huie as the President of the company (he was, possibly, at one time.. an attorney in the state of Arkansas ).   To the best of my knowledge, the stock was never cashed in.    The "Ebay Item" thing is just a loose piece of paper and is not attached to the stock.
