1908 Sterling & Mother of Pearl Teddy Bear Swing / Teether English Hallmarked

Sterling silver and mother of pearl teether teething ring
Teddy Bear on a moving swing!
It is hallmarked for Birmingham / 1908 (lion, small letter i) on the stem.
There may be another mark on the bottom of the swing seat, but it is difficult to read
Teddy is in excellent condition.  The mother of pearl is good, small bit of roughness to the bottom
Amazing and special piece for collectors of rattles / teethers, sterling silver smalls, and antique teddy bears
Note:   I noticed there is a little white stuff
on the photos so I looked at the item.    It comes off.    I
assume it was something used to clean the silver over the last 113 years.   I can re-shoot the photos a bit later
