Condition:
Normal letter folds, slight stain in upper left corner that has some type of glue residue on the back of the letterhead in the exact same spot.   Still in pretty darn good condition. Sold AS IS.  The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letterhead.

8 1/2" X 11".
