This is for the bottom of the steering column on a 1955 - 1959 Chevy and GMC truck.  All models high quality made in the USA.  This is the outer hard rubber with the steel insert that goes on the top of the floor mat.  This also includes the sponge inner lower seal. This is for 3 speed and Automatic but top hole can be filled for 4 speed application.
