This Alcatel ATH 1000 M Maglev Hybrid Turbomolecular Pump Turbo Rotor Vibration is used surplus. It was tested in our facility and determined that the unit is not working as the pump starts to vibrate at 4000rpm and there is process residue in the pump. The unit will need to be rebuilt (see photos). The physical condition is good, but there are signs of previous use and handling. This unit is sold As-Is.
