    Maker uncertain.
    Closest maker mark is Fessenden of Providence RI but not exact match so not sure.
    I found online exact same strainer with patent,
    with an additional hallmark for
    James Blake & Co. Providence RI
    Strainer swivels on a rivet (not silver) to one side.
    Dimensions (approx.):
    2-1/4 inches diameter lower tray.
    4-1/4 inches long.
    1-1/2 inches tall.

    Condition:
    Numerous dents and dings.
    Wear to finish.
    When strainer is swiveled fully to side, it tips over.
