A fine antique German Rococo style reticulated sterling silver basket with glass insert circa 1880. Stamped .925 and maker's mark for
Weinranck and Schmidt,
Hanau
(W.S.H. inside a heart). Silver gilt interior.
Good to very good "age appropriate" condition, with few age and use related surface scratches, and very minor dents. the glass insert is in very good original condition.  Weight ( silver only) : 346 g or11.12 Troy Oz
Size
: Total height ( with handle up) 8 1/4" and height of the basket body is  5 3/8"H  x 7 1/2"L x 5 1/2"W
With handle up is 21 cm and height of the basket body is 13.5 cm H x 19 cm L x 14 cm W
Condition
:  Very good age appropriate condition with age appropriate/ use related surface scratches. Glass insert in very good original condition Please look at the detail photos.
