This is a old sterling handle and mother of pearl stick style teething ring
It has a repousse style pattern on the handle
The mother of pearl ring is in good shape
It measures 4 5/8" long
We didn't do much cleaning on this as it is a nice old piece.
It will need a good polish and wash, but other than that, it is a really nice antique baby item
