Antique Tiffany & Co. Sterling Silver Retractable Mechanical Pencil. No Dents or scratches, no monograms. One issue is the outer sleeve is not engaged with the inner extension mechanism. When you slide the outer sleeve down the pencil does not engage and slide out. Once pencil is out it retracts correctly when you slide outer sleeve back up. It seems that the weld on the bottom portion of the brass section separated from outer sleeve and needs to be reattached/repaired.
