    Cover shows age related issues. Missing area in right upper corner and tear in left lower lower bonding but overall in relatively good shape for its age.
    Interesting historical fact is that Dr. Matthew Shields of Jerymn PA is credited as the founder of First Aid for Miners in 1899.  There is a historical marker located there.  No mention of him in manual.
