Chicago Cubs 1970 phantom play-off unused baseball ticket signed by 2. The Chicago Cubs were close again in 1970 and had play-off tickets made most likely for seasons ticket holders. Ticket holders had to pay in advance if the team was close enough to making the play-offs late in the season and got to return there tickets for a refund if a team did not make it. This offered phantom ticket was not returned and was later signed by former 1970 Cubs players Phil Reagan and Milt Pappas.
