4. Confirm if the sealing strip is installed.
Q2: Only vacuum and do not seal
Possible reason:
1. Whether the bag is damaged, leaking, etc
2. Whether the upper and lower sealing cotton is damaged or dirty
3. After closing the top cover, the distance between the machine and the object should be within 2 to 4 cm
4. Confirm if the grey sealing strip is installed;
5. Be sure to use a special bag with textured and folded edges for vacuuming. Ordinary smooth flat bags are for sealing only.
