    Early 20th Century Hochst
    Style Hand Painted Female Figurine Circa 1902 - 1904
    German porcelain figurine similar to the "Playing Catch" figural groups modeled by Johann Peter Melchior at Hochst. Nice hand painted figure of a girl with arms wide open. She has grey hair and brown eyes and is wearing a pink, white, and yellow dress with maroon/purple flowers. Has the blue underglaze mark Hoscht style mark, attributed to Dressel & Kister between 1902 and 1904.
    She is missing one finger on her right hand and two on her left hand. Otherwise good condition with no additional chips or cracks.
    Measures approximately 3 3/4 inches wide x 5 3/8 inches tall.
    This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.
