.  The full page size is approximately 9 1/2  x 13 1/4 inches.  The advertisement size is approximately 5 x 12 1/2 inches. The condition is  Good to Very Good; there is  age staining around the edges (this paper is brown to begin with).
The edges are NOT as dark as they appear (more darker brown - no black), this is caused by my scanner.  Please check the photo and ask any questions you may have.
