****CONDITION****
Previously owned...condition visible in pictures.
Minimal edge/corner wear, from storage/age.
Like new condition, except for tear RL corner, looks like someone just pulled at the cardboard to see the base of the gas pump.
Plastic intact without holes or breaks that I can see.

Now if you love doll houses or dioramas and want to create the ultimate man cave but on a very small scale this is for you.
According to Mike and Frank from the "American Pickers" TV show every guy wants or needs their own garage/gas pump/gas&oil advertising.
My husband isn't one of them so I am hoping someone in your life is.
My mother collected anything doll related.
If you are looking for anything special let me know, if I have it I'll list it.
I keep a list of requests for my next visit to the mother-load (on hold since COVID). It all comes back one or two suitcases at a time. It's a painfully slow process but it's about all I can handle.

For international shipping I use eBay's Global Shipping Program. Any extra fees/customs are responsibility of buyer.
