Application:
This machine ia applicable for vacuum packing of food, grain, fruit, pickle, preserved fruit, ehemical medicine, medicinal materials, electronic elements, precise instrument and rare metal, etc. In the form of liquid, solid, powder or paste by using plastic film or plastic aluminum foil film. It can prevent the packed products from oxidating, mildewing, worm-eating, rotting or damping, and prolong the shelf period. It is especially applied to the industries such as tea, food, medicine, shop and research institute, etc. and has features such as beautiful outline, compact structure, high efficiency and simple operation, etc.
Notes:
Because the oil cannot be shipped out from China, when we sent out the machine to our European warehouse or U.S. Warehouse, we drained all the oil from the machine. So, when you get the machine, there is no oil in the machine. Before you use it, please add the oil(46# hydraulic fluid or 100# Vacuum oil) into the vacuum pump.

How to Use:
A. Vacuumizing Time: According to the packing requirements and the value indicated on the vacuum gauge, the time may be prolonged after reaching -0.1 mpa with the maximum time of 50 seconds for products with high packing moisture or other special products. It depends on its actual situations.
B. Sealing Time: Heating time is formed between 1.5s and 2s normally.
C. Power Switch: Turn the button to ON position to work:
1. Connect power supply and firmly earth
2. Turn on power supply button
3. Adjustable suction time
4. Pack the goods well and place at the sealing position inside the vacuum chamber.
5. The machine starts working if pressing organic cover, and work is finished when the vacuum returns to zero.
Tips:
First, set the parameter. Second, before you press the START button, please make sure that the cap is pressed tightly. You can not loosen the cap until the machine starts working and the indicator of vacuum meter starts move as well. Otherwise, the following conditions may occur: not a vaccum condition, overheat of the heating wire leads to heat-resistance fiber smoking and burning up.
Working Procedures:
In standby state, once the cover is closed, the machine starts packing procedure, details as below:
1. Vacuum: Vacuum procedure begins, the timer starts to count down form preset time, displayer shows count-down time, until time's up, vacuum work is finished, turn to next procedure.
2. Sealing: Sealing procedure begins, the timer start to keep time from 0.0s to preset time, when time's up, sealing work is finished, turn to next procedure.
3. Heat Preservation: Heat preservation time is fixedly 2s, in this process, displayer shows the preset sealing time, when time's up, turn to next procedure.
4. Deflate: Deflating time is fixedly 2s, in this process, dispalyer shows symbol "口口", when deflating procedure is finished, plexiglass cover automatically opens.
5. Standby: Displayer shows standby symbol " ——", the whole packing procedure is finished.

Attentions:
For the first time you use this machine, please do some checking and preparing works:
1. Check if the accessories are complete, check screws of all parts if some of them is/are loose, check if the organic glass cover is flexible when turning up and down.
2. Before power on, add moderate lube to the active parts, oilhole and lubricating nipple. In addition, add moderate No.6 gasoline engine oil(low viscosity oil) according to the user manual of vacuum pump(usually 1/2 of oil window height, but not more than 3/4).
3. Depending on the items to be packed, choose setting optimal vacuum time to get suitable vacuum degree. The longer vacuum time is, the higher vacuum degree is.
4. Set optimal sealing time and temperature based on the type of item and material of packing bag, so as to get optimal sealing intensity.
