    This was issued to members of the service upon meeting The Basic Shooting / Marksman Qualifications. The Basic Shooting / Marksman Qualifications Medal was worn on the dress shirt & dress jacket. The Basic Shooting / Marksman Qualifications Medal is made of metal and measures 1 1/2 inches Long x 1 5/8 inches High and comes in the original cellophane wrapping  that it was issued in. On the back there are 2 posts for the clutch backs to fasten the qualification medal to the shirt / jacket.
