Packing / Crating:
We are proud of our professional packing / crating and have not had a damaged shipment in years.
Depending on the weight and density of the goods we use cardboard boxes, with bubble wrap and/or closed cell foam for padding. Heavier shipments (over 20 pounds), like small transformers, electromotors and hydraulic valves are typically placed on wooden base plates inside a heavy duty cardboard box with wooden runners on the outside of the box.
Heavier items (over 100 pounds) generally will get strapped onto a wooden pallet and shrink wrapped. Full wooden crates as well packing for international sea freight with moisture absorbent film and ISPM15 certified wood can be provided at a surcharge.

If your order is received by noon time EST there is a 90% chance that it will ship the same day. Heavy weight shipments may require more time to build wooden shipping crates.
