--- I found a reference to M.A. Cleek in a Securities and Exchange Commission News Digest from 1959, being named as a company conducting fraud (they were named as Cleek-Tindell, I have a seperate stock from Tindell also in Spokane, so they were apparently one entity). You can find the doc and read about it, it is a pdf at the sec.gov website (just google Cleek-Tindell)
