    Description

M1 Garand Springfield Armory Front Half Demill WWII
This is a worn out broken, incomplete part. Sold as a relic. Not usable.
M1 Garand Springfield Armory  Heel 1953 – 1954 Demilled Paperweight.
Drawing #  6 5 2 8 2 9 1 with the letter J above it. According to books this marking would be for a HRA  rifle from Jan  1953 to Dec 1954
However, it does have the typical HRA double spacing between the characters
I don’t know, what does it matter now, it is junk.
    Heat Lot : None (J)?
Typical smooth  machining typical of late rifles.
I keep one of these to use as a quick gauge to see where used barrels will index, or if they will index correctly.
Condition: Relic, broken in half by saw cut.  Unusable broken.
First class paperweight  for your desk. Built  during the 1950’s, De-milled by US  gov’t. 1990’s.
Good, some original dark grey Parkerizing remaining
    .
Condition un‐usable/ broken. American seller. Shipped usps from NY
