A tad brittle from being a bit acidic, but ok condition. The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the item that is for sale.

Michigan College of Mines, Houghton, MI; founded in 1885 as Michigan Mining School; name change to Michigan College of Mines in 1897, to Michigan College of Mining & Technology in 1927, and to Michigan Technological University in 1964.
