PMR series redefines moisture analyzers standards. This series has been equipped with brand new readable LCD display providing an extra text line for information such as supplementary messages and data, e.g. product name or tare value. The moisture analyzer, using respective pictograms, signalizes currently activated mode, computer connection and functions, both balance and service ones.
The PMR series is enriched with various interfaces: RS232, USB type A, USB type B. The moisture analyzer is housed in a plastic casing.
Databases:
Information system of R series moisture analyzers is based on 6 databases, allowing many operators to operate product database comprising many samples. Collected measurements may be subjected to subsequent analysis.
Collected data is registered in 6 databases:
Users (up to 100 users)
Products (up to 1000 products)
Weighments (up to 1000 weighments)
Tares (up to 100 tares)
Programs (up to 100 drying programs)
Drying process reports (up to 1000 reports)

We ship via economy service which can take 2-10 business days to delivery, however most deliver in 4 – 5 business days from shipment date.

RETURNS for DEFECTIVE* EQUIPMENT:
If you initiate a return for defect; you MUST first trouble shoot with the manufacturer. During the first 14 days, if you believe your equipment is not working properly: Initiate a trouble-shooting ticket with the manufacturer. If the manufacturer has recommended you return your equipment, on suspicion of defect; send us your ticket number to return it for refund or replacement. You MUST have a ticket number from the manufacturer to return the item as “defective”
If you don’t want to troubleshoot or the scale doesn’t work for your needs; you can return it with a 25% re-stocking fee.
USER ERROR | Operating Equipment Outside the Operating Parameters:
If you don’t know how to use your equipment, you didn’t read the user manual, or are using the equipment beyond the working or operating parameters; then the equipment is not considered defective. About 95% of “defective” claims fall under user error and/or

Equipment that is damaged during transit must be reported within 5 calendar days from date it delivered. Thereafter, we will NOT accept the item back for return and you will need to file a claim with the respective carrier. ALL returns must be insured for your purchase value.
