    1.  Duvet Comforter, 88" by 80", can replace comforter inside if you desire as it doesn't fit it totally.
    2.  Aztec design full top sheet, there is one place of about 2 that the thread is loose
    3.  Set of green solid top and fitted bottom sheets that contrast with the southwestern design.  50% cotton/50% polyester, 9" mattress at end
    4.  Two pillow shams--different sizes.  Both in AZTEC.  Both 26" across, one is 32" and one is 42" long
    5.  One bottom bed skirt in burgundy.  13" on the ends.  Measures about 58" by 84"
    Unfortunately I can not do anything about the shipping costs.  It is calculated at the weight and dimensions of the box.
    Fed-X is probably cheaper, but you can select your preference.
