    The bedskirt is for a twin-size bed. It comes in original plastic bag it was sold in, the bag shows some signs of age and has old store price stickers on the back but has not been opened. The sizing listed for the mattress is  39x75 inches.
    The decorative border is 8.5 square feet (5 yards x 6.83 inches) and is prepasted/strippable/washable. Factory sealed and in excellent condition. The brand is Borden Home Wallcoverings.
