Turbomolecular pump, TPH 170 for use with Oxygen or corrosive gases,. Condition is "Used". Shipped with UPS Ground.
Removed from working residual gas analyzer but untested. Should be cleaned before operation.
Rotor spins freely, no binding or grinding.
Uses inert fluid as a lubricant, intended use is for pumping oxygen, reactive gases such as ozone and many corrosive gases.
includes a purge port in the intermediate stages to allow flow of a purge or dilution gas.
Manufactured in Germany where they know a thing or two about rotating equipment.
Ships with flange covers.
