    Description

    Korean War Era M5 Bayonet made by Aerial.  Knife measures 11.25" overall with a blade length of 6.5".  Press-stud button is in and not working, not coming up.  Blade shows much original finish with age patina, wear, use, some dings on blade edge and spine, false edge. Top of guard marked, "U.S. M5/AERIAL" with DOD cartouche stamp on the end of guard. Good looking black checkered grips, all is tight with the cross-guard having some looseness slightly. Comes with a partial scabbard as it is missing the top half, painted yellow with original Olive drab peeking through, point end is partially missing.  See photos for further details, clarification, and condition.
