    United States Army Ordance Plaque "Col William S. Brophy". You can see Col Brophy's signature on the second photo. He was creator of the 3rd photo and one of the early advocates for "reaching out to touch someone". He helped replace the M1 Garand with scope as the primary sniper system during the Korean War to heavy barrel bolt action rifles.
