    The shipping rate reflects Ebay's new policy which does not allow sellers to place a First Class Stamp on an enevelope and mail any longer - Ebay now requires a tracking number so they force sellers to use the higher first class package rates to get a tracking number otherwise Ebay applies low marks on shipping for no tracking updated on the sales record.  This impacts the sellers rating and discounts for low shipping / tracking score for the month -- also EBAY now receives a percentage of the postage you paid - sorry but I have no way around their policy

    AS OF AUGUST 2020 - THE USPS IN GEORGIA IS NOT SCANNING THE PACKAGES WHEN THEY ARE PICKUP OR DROPPED OFF AT THE POST OFFICE.  THIS IS DUE TO A SHORTAGE IN STAFFING AND OVERTIME HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED.   SO PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN YOU SEE A LABEL CREATED THE ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN A DAY AND YOU MIGHT NOT SEE THE TRACKING INFO UPDATED.  I APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND ACCORDING TO THE MANAGER AT THE POST OFFICE WHOM I SPOKE WITH THEY HOPE TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM ADDRESS SHORTLY.
