VINTAGE NOS Men’s Super Cool Dress Shirt

VINTAGE NOS Men’s Super Cool Dress Shirt. The color is yellow. The neck size is 15 and it is a long sleeved shirt. There are some other numbers on it but I cannot tell exactly what size it is. There is a B 3 on it and there’s also just a 4 on it. If anyone knows how to do identify the sizes of these old shirts I would appreciate it. Thanks! Also, I did take a picture of a stain. This thing has never been out of the package until now so I’m not sure what it is or if it will come out. Please check out my other items.
