The spline is 14/16 inch.
The four (4) mounting holes are 2 1/2 inches center hole to center hole.
The front plate is 4 by 4 1/2 inches.
I browsed eBay to find a photo of a similar steering wheel with no luck.
I picked this up at an auction in Toledo with other vintage car parts from the 1930-1950 era.
