I see no bad damage, minor age wear and tiny frayed area on wrist strap. (Please see Pictures.) It has US Model 1949 Manufactured by Waltham Watch Co Waltham Mass. 9-51. It is the original wrist strap. It works good and cover is plastic. I got this from an old Marine that was over in Korea during the Conflict. I have not cleaned or repaired this in any way.
