  • Condition: Used vintage M8. Snap works nicely. Steel Bale in place. Well Used. Solid & Functional. I see H107 painted on the back of the fiberglass. webbing is in nice condition but a bit frayed. number 107 engraved in the front & back of the metal throat.

    Description

    An original VP Co. M8A1 US GI Surplus Scabbard
    This is a US GI issue combat knife scabbard in excellent shape.
    Sheath throat is Marked US  M8A1 VP Co..  Big snap.
    Victory Plastics mark on back is under a coat of paint.
    Lot number under ear looks to be VP but has some paint around it.
    Snap works nicely.  Bale in place.    webbing is in nice condition,
    used on a WW2 & Korean era or a M1 Garand 30 Government fighting knife ww2  M1g orM14 etc
    For a 6  5/8" long blade, or so.
    Lincoln shown as a size reference Only.
    For the last 5 years, I shipped in One business day 100% of the time!!   Payments before 5 am, go out in that day's trip to the Post Office.  My post office isn’t open on Saturdays.
