    Description

    Traditional real wood wooden nickel token advertising Jim's & Ted's Place in Belding Michigan. Seems to be an auto repair, offering 1 free quart of oil with oil change. Some info on the web indicates these are the McGuires, father and son. They had a unique car crushing machine that Jim operated it seems for spectators but I am not sure if it was public or not until 1982 when Ted took it over and eventually sold it in 1999. The elder McGuire recently passed at age 90. I would estimate this as early 1970's era. Great condition vintage token.
