Tips:

Before replacing the new print head, it is strongly recommended to replace the ink sac, ink pad, and cable with new ones. If the test strip printed after installation is not replaced and there is a lack of needles, these problems do not belong to the quality of the print head itself. If there is a serious shortage of needles, users who know a little know that it is caused by the leakage of the ink sac, the ink pad or the lack of ink absorption.
Suggestion:
Before buying a sprinkler, be sure to do the following:
1. If the machine reports an error (that is, the red light flashes when the machine is turned on), it is not necessarily because the nozzle is broken, but there may be a problem with the frame or the main board. In this case, please solve the error problem before buying the nozzle.
2. Both the main board and the print head are burnt out, first replace the main board, and then check the print head!
3. Check whether the data cable is split, corroded or burnt out. If the data cable is broken or not inserted properly, it will burn the nozzle and the motherboard. Please be sure to check the data cable!
4. For customers whose machine is too old, such as a lot of ink inside, the machine is very dirty, it is recommended not to change the nozzle, it is best to replace the machine directly! So as not to buy a nozzle and then put it on and say that the effect is not good
5. It is recommended that you determine whether your ink cartridges or inks or continuous ink-supply system are of good quality. For the continuous ink-supply system that has been used for a long time, the continuous ink-supply system that is very dirty, and the continuous ink-supply system that has a lot of dust and ink sprinkled everywhere, it is recommended to replace it.
